I want to buy a piece! How do I pay?


We have a variety of different payment services and will use the one that better adapts to your needs!




How can I join?


La Pera Projects features one artist, every two weeks, via our Collectors Circle on WhatsApp. If you want to receive our selection, simply click in this link. If you don't have WhatsApp, do not worry, let us know and we will include you on our email broadcast.




What happens after I pay?


You will get a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment. Once the work is shipped, we will send you a second email with the tracking number, as well as your Collector Package. We would highly appreciate it if you let us know when you receive the piece, confirming that it’s in good condition. Deal?




When shall I expect to receive the work?


Works normally arrive within 3 weeks for domestic shipments, and 5 weeks for international ones, after we receive payment.




Can I share information about La Pera Projects with others?


Yes, we would love for you to help us spread the word! However, we would appreciate if you follow these guidelines: 1. Please send them this link: https://wa.me/message/VONUZND7TZOPC1 2. Remind them that they need to save our contact information in their agenda. 3. Et voilà! They are now part of the club and will automatically receive our biweekly selected content.




Can I return a work?


We understand that buying art without seeing it can be very difficult for many. We all like to experience the aura of an artwork in person. When buying art online it is very difficult to schedule an in-person visit, sometimes even impossible, especially if the artist and collector live in different cities or countries. For this reason, we will always provide you with high-resolution images of the work and/or a short video. The return policy for an artwork is stipulated by each particular artist and we will have to discuss that with them. If you are unsure about if a particular artwork can be returned or not, please consult with us before pulling the trigger.




I love one of the artists and would like to see more available works. Is this possible?


Of course, it is! Additional pieces by your preferred artist are available upon request. Just let us know what you are looking for and we will be happy to help you find the right piece.




What do I do if I no longer want to be part of the Collectors Circle?


We will be very sad to see you go, but we understand. Simply let us know or reply "Unsuscribe" in WhatsApp, and you won't longer receive our communications.




Any problems with the shipment?


Please let us know immediately. We will review all details provided and crosscheck information with the shipping company, contacting them to get updated information. If the work arrives damaged, we will work through this together. We keep images on our records as proof that the piece was sent in mint condition. In the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged, let us know at once and we will do our best to assist you and help you to file a claim with the shipment company. If this happens we recommend that you take photos of the damaged artwork as well as the packaging.
